Conditions for bookings made directly with Hotel Vietri Coast. Third-party sites may apply their own rules. Group bookings have a separate deposit policy (50% on confirmation, balance 15 days before arrival).

How confirmation works
Booking confirmation
A deposit of 33% of the total stay is required by bank transfer. Please send the payment receipt by email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation
You may cancel up to 14 days before arrival without further penalties. The 33% deposit paid at confirmation is retained by the hotel.
The remaining balance is due by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.

How to confirm your booking
Cash
The balance may be paid at the hotel, according to the rate booked.
Bank transfer
Deposits and balances by bank transfer. Bank details are sent with the confirmation.
Cards
Card payments may be available at the hotel or via the booking engine, depending on the rate.
PENALTIES
Cancellation charges
Unless different conditions apply to the rate you booked.

Changes after full payment
If you have already paid the full amount and request a change or cancellation, the hotel may, at its discretion, grant a credit for a future stay, subject to availability.
To change or cancel, write by email or WhatsApp using the same channel as the original booking.
