- Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The payment for the tourist tax (Deliberation of the City Council No. 15 of 31/03/2018) is not included in the room rate and amounts to € 2.00 per day per person.
- Guests staying overnight are asked to vacate their rooms for tidying up no later than 11:00 a.m.
- Breakfast The basic breakfast served is traditional Italian. It is served in the dining room or in the garden from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. It includes toast, jams, and Nutella, which you will find at the table, as well as pastries (tart, ring cake, or croissant) that will be brought to you later. Upon request, hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate) and cold drinks (water and fruit juice) are served at the table. An English breakfast is available upon request for an additional fee, which will enhance your breakfast with cold cuts, bread, hard-boiled egg, cheese, and fresh seasonal fruit.
- Bed linen and towels are replaced on the third day, excessive or forced changes will be charged
- The courtesy set is provided for the day of arrival only (soap and shower gel)
- WI-Fi is available free of charge in the Hall and common areas, which means that it is possible to receive the signal even in your rooms.
- The use of private parking is subject to charges and will cost €10.00 per day, with the exception of offers that the management will apply to customers that are visible or proposed during the booking phase.
- The management is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur.
- The management recommends not to carry out activities considered dangerous or that disturb the hotel guests.
- Groups: The rates applied and reductions over 30% do not include air conditioning services in any way.
- The overnight stay, half board or full board rates do not include (telephone calls, beach service, garage, drinks, products from the mini bar where available, parking, animal access, etc.)
- Air conditioner service and definition in prenotazione mode, please note that the camera type with air conditioner can be used when accessing the camera. The camera offers autonomous service with superior panoramic view of the sea front and then triple and quadruple views of the sea. For all types (basic and standard) the service is available and is not available at the cost of the camera but it has rich and high quality with an alternating on/off operation which cannot be modified.
- The customer can bring animals to the hotel in certain rooms and there is an additional cost of € 25.00 per day for access to small-sized human friends that do not exceed 10 kg and have a height at the withers of up to 40 cm. Other animals will not be accepted by denying them access and it will not be permitted to leave the animal free in the room alone.
- The customer is not entitled to allow access to their room by people who are not staying at the hotel, unless explicitly consented to by the management and in any case will result in a charge of € 30.00 for each person.
- For all disputes that may arise from the interpretation, validity of individual clauses or the entire contract, execution, the Court of Salerno will have exclusive jurisdiction.
