CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy is applied to all official rate plans and discounted rates.

From booking the room to 14 days before arrival, 33% is due, calculated on the entire stay;

From 14 days to 4 days before arrival, 75% is due, calculated on the entire stay;

From 3 to 1 days before arrival, the entire stay is due.

MAKE EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions from refunds according to the cancellation policy are all offers that are marked non-refundable or that enjoy a reduced rate.

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION AND ASK FOR A REFUND.

To cancel or modify a reservation, a written communication with the applicant’s data must be sent by e-mail to info@hotelvietricoast.it. The Hotel will proceed to re-credit the remaining amount according to the cancellation terms accepted and indicated above. For non-refundable bookings or reservations that may have caused the structure to lose revenue, the Hotel may send a communication in which it grants the same amount and conditions already agreed, subject to availability, a new booking request.
