Things to know /Info / Services and Supplements.

 

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, the services described below are not included in the cost of the room.

Local tax or tourist tax

It is not included in the room rate and amounts to €2.00 per day per person net of the hotel. (City Council Council Resolution no. 15 of 03/31/2018)

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 07.30 to 09.30 (typical Italian breakfast) (Cappuccino, coffee, tea or hot chocolate etc… as well as biscuits, jams, chocolate, pastry products).

Human-friendly access

Access to small pets is permitted, communicating their presence during the booking phase. It will not be allowed to leave the animal in the room alone. Access is subject to a fee.

Beach service

It is available at the partner beach “La Rosa dei Venti” and can be booked by the facility at least 2 days in advance. The equipment provided will be 1 umbrella with 2 seats for 2 people, and access for children under 14 is free.
Each facility is allowed for a maximum of 3 people.
We inform you that the booking of the beach service is subject to the availability of the establishment therefore the Hotel cannot be held responsible for any lack of availability on the part of the establishment.

Air Conditioned

The air conditioning service is available for a fee and is available in most rooms. It is available free of charge where present with automatic function in the afternoon until evening. The Hotel is located in a ventilated position which guarantees a comfortable feeling.
The use of air conditioners in total autonomy is included in the room rate and available only in the Suites
The panoramic rooms on the 1st floor have independently controlled ceiling fans.

Private parking

The Hotel has a private reserved area used as a car park. Unless otherwise specified, the service is free.
The management does not assume responsibility for damage or theft that may occur.
The Hotel offers a garage service on request for a fee.

The Hb/FB Formula (Half Board/Full Board)

The service is carried out mainly during the high season, with stays exceeding three days. If the hotel cannot satisfy the request, it relies on or recommends typical restaurants located in the city centre, easily reachable in five minutes.
Drinks are always to be considered excluded.

Internet connection

Wi-fi in 100% of the structure available free of charge.

Linen change

The change of towels and bed linen is replaced every 3 days. Excessive or forced replacements will be charged.

Check-in – Check-out

The rooms are made available from 2.00 pm to 10.00 am on the day of departure, freeing up the room and parking space.
You must present yourself with a valid document.

Stop guests

They are invited to vacate the room for tidying up no later than 11:00
They are invited not to leave money and valuables unattended, therefore the Hotel Vietri Coast is relieved of any responsibility for any theft or loss of objects left unattended in the rooms if not declared at check-in. In this regard, the structure will assume custody, issuing a regular receipt for the deposit.

Access to the rooms

Access to the rooms is allowed to the specific number of people for the type of room requested and for those who have been registered. Furthermore, it is mandatory to communicate the presence of children over the age of three when booking. The omission gives the management the right to deny access to the room which must be declared of their presence during the booking phase.

The offers

These are discounted rates and the balance of the entire booked period is expected.
The discounted rates on offer may vary based on availability and do not affect Saturday days to which the full rate will be applied.

The courtesy set

It is available only on the day of arrival (bar of soap and bath, shower and cap)

Invitation and advice

Customers are invited not to carry out activities considered dangerous or which disturb hotel guests.

Rates

The overnight, half board or full board services do not include (phone calls, beach service, garage, drinks, mini bar products where existing, parking, air conditioning, animal access etc…)

The customer has no right

The guest cannot allow people who are not staying in the hotel to access their room, unless expressly consented to by the management which will in any case result in a charge of €30.00 for each person.
