The conditions and rules applied by the Hotel Vietri Coast srl structure differ in FLEXIBLE and NON REFUNDABLE.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
This rate provides two payment solutions.
1 ) It is a discounted rate and requires the customer to pay the full amount of the stay by sending us a copy of the accounting of the arrangement. This solution will guarantee the booker, in the event of arrival problems, to change their reservation by rebooking the stay of the same or higher amount and in any case subject to availability within 2 months. The modification of the reservation will require and only if the customer has paid the full amount to recognize and accept the penalty of 50% of the cost of the stay for lost revenue to the structure and to reuse the remaining 50% for a new reservation of the same or higher amount than the original one.
2) The customer can arrange the payment in two parts by dividing it into a 50% deposit that will block the room and arrange the balance 3 days before arrival

The FLEXIBLE rate includes the cost of the chosen type at the official rate. The customer commits the room by paying 33% of the amount of the stay via (Bank Transfer, credit card, PayPal) and send us a credit card as a guarantee that will be used in the event of a no-show/cancellation or modification of the reservation, based on the cancellation policy below. The balance of the reservation will be paid upon arrival at the property.

TO CANCEL OR MODIFY A RESERVATION.
To cancel or modify a reservation, you must send a communication (using the same means used for the reservation).

Bank Transfer to the coordinates that will be transmitted, inviting you to send us a copy of the accounting by 12:00 following the reservation request, which will confirm the request.
Credit Card
Cancellation Policy
From the reservation of the room to 7 days before arrival, 50% is due calculated on the entire stay;
From 7 days to 4 days before arrival, 75% is due calculated on the entire stay;
From 3 to 1 days before arrival, the entire stay is due;
