The conditions and rules applied by the Hotel Vietri Coast srl structure differ in FLEXIBLE and NON REFUNDABLE.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
1) This is a discounted rate and requires the guest to pay the full amount of the stay, providing us with a receipt confirming the reservation. This solution will ensure that, in the event of any problems with arrival, the guest can change their reservation by rebooking for the same or higher amount, subject to availability, within 2 months. Booking changes will only be subject to a 50% charge for lost revenue, provided the guest has paid the full amount. The remaining 50% will be used for a new booking of the same or higher value than the original.

Please reserve a room at a published rate that can be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days before arrival. By then, the booking fee must be paid by bank transfer and a copy of the receipt must be sent via email or WhatsApp. A 33% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, which will be retained in the event of cancellation.

To cancel or modify a reservation, you must send a communication (using the same means used for the reservation).
