The conditions and rules applied by the Hotel Vietri Coast srl structure differ in FLEXIBLE and NON REFUNDABLE.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
1) This is a discounted rate and requires the guest to pay the full amount of the stay, providing us with a receipt confirming the reservation. This solution will ensure that, in the event of any problems with arrival, the guest can change their reservation by rebooking for the same or higher amount, subject to availability, within 2 months. Booking changes will only be subject to a 50% charge for lost revenue, provided the guest has paid the full amount. The remaining 50% will be used for a new booking of the same or higher value than the original.

The FLEXIBLE rate includes the cost of the selected room type at the official rate. The guest commits the room by paying 33% of the total amount of the stay (via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal) and providing us with a credit card as a guarantee. This credit card will be used in the event of a no-show, cancellation, or modification of the reservation, according to the cancellation policy below. The balance of the reservation will be paid upon arrival.

TO CANCEL OR MODIFY A RESERVATION.
To cancel or modify a reservation, you must send a communication (using the same means used for the reservation).

Bank Transfer to the coordinates that will be transmitted, inviting you to send us a copy of the accounting by 12:00 following the reservation request, which will confirm the request.

From the reservation of the room to 7 days before arrival, 50% is due calculated on the entire stay;
From 7 days to 4 days before arrival, 75% is due calculated on the entire stay;
From 3 to 1 days before arrival, the entire stay is due;
