• The rooms are made available from 14.00 and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
• The payment of the tourist tax is not included in the room rate and amounts to € 2.00 per day per person. (Council Resolution City

• The guests of the stop are invited to vacate the room for rearrangement no later than 11:00 am
• Breakfast is served from 07.30 to 09.30 in the restaurant room
• The offers proposed by the structure at reduced rates are expected to be paid for the entire booked period.
• Check-in at the hotel must be presented with a valid document.
• The bed linen and towels are replaced on the third day, excessive or forced spare parts will be charged.
• The courtesy set is only available on the day of arrival (bar of soap and shower bath)
• WI-Fi is available for free in the Hall and common areas, which means that you can also receive the signal in your own rooms, with
• the exception of the most remote.
• The use of the outdoor private parking is subject to a fee and the cost of € 10.00 per day is foreseen, the management does not assume responsibility for damage or theft that could occur.
• We invite you not to carry out activities considered dangerous or disturbing hotel guests.
• The overnight stay, half board or full board rates do not include the services of (telephone calls, beach service, garage, drinks, products from the mini-bar where available, parking, air conditioning, animal access etc …)
• The customer cannot bring animals to the hotel upon communication, and there is an additional charge of € 15.00 per day
• The customer does not have the right to access people who are not staying in the hotel to their room, unless explicit consent from the management, which will still result in a charge of € 30.00 per person.
• For all disputes that may arise from the interpretation, validity of the individual clauses or of the entire contract, execution, the Court of Salerno will have exclusive jurisdiction.
